Bu vize türünde, amacınız Birleşik Krallık'a yerleşerek hayatınıza orada devam etmek istemenizdir. Genellikle eş durumundan dolayı başvurulan bu vize türü meşakkatli olduğu kadar zaman alan bir vize türüdür. Bu vize türündeki zorlukları genellikle şöyle sıralayabiliriz; ilişkinin inandırıcılığı, eşlerin yeterli maddi gücünün olmaması gibi. Aşağıdaki evrak listesi ingilizce olarak hazırlanmıştır(ingiltere'de yaşayan eşlerin anlaması amacıyla; çünkü çoğu evrakı onlar temin etmektedirler). Kurallar sürekli güncellenmekle beraber, net bilgi için bizimle iletişime geçmenizde fayda bulunmaktadır.

Karşı tarafın size göndermesi gereken evraklar
-Last 6 months(or more) bank account statements(stamped/sealed used better/preferable)
-Last 6 months(or more) payslips (stamped/sealed used better/preferable)
-P60 end of year certificate
-Letter from employer confirming the employment dates,position,salary etc.(included contact details)
-Employment Letter shall contain: (i) the person’s employment and gross annual income (ii) the length of their employment (iii) the period over which they have been paid or were paid the level of salary relied upon in the application (iv) the type of employment (permanent, fixed-term contract or agency) on employer’s headed paper and signed by senior official
-Bank statements and payslips shall be matching showing that salary is paid in bank account.
-Employment contract , if any
-At least annual 18600 gbp income(without children) (must be proved)
-Accommodation Arrangements
-Letter from Landlord giving permission for wife/husband to staying at the property(for tenants)
-Originals of Birth Certificate
-Divorce certificates of any previous marriage (if any)
-photocopies of all stamped pages of sponsor’s passport
-Letter from sponsor( Proof of genuine and subsisting relationship, detailed since beginnig of relationship) (make sure it corresponds with the applicant’s)
-Flight confirmations from visits of sponsor, Skype,gmail,facebook,yahoo etc. Logs(since beginning), Handwritten letters and postcards(if any)
-Photos from visits spent together(detailed dated and included place infos)
-Any booking visited together by couples (if any)
-Photos of sponsor’s house, wedding, celebrating etc. as proof
-All photos taken together (must be included date and place=short info)
-Water,electricity, gas bills of last a few months
-Evidence of wedding dress and wedding ring purchases (if any)
-Copy of wedding invite (if any)
-Qualifications of applicant if applicant is willing to work in UK
-Council tax (if any)
-Letter from sponsor’s relatives, colleagues etc. (as proof for genuine relationship, must have contact details,signature(if it is possible, included passport photocopies))
*Except these documents you can present any extra documents as proof that you want
*These documents should be recent, prior to the application.
If sponsor is not employed than must have at 62600 gbp saving in self bank account.
